@jayrich -- No, unfortunately I haven't had any plastic surgery. I did talk to my dermatologist (former!) and he said that most insurance companies did not
pay for that kind of procedure. I did not proceed with any other inquires, except start looking for a new dermatologist. I heard there is a new doctor about 25 miles away that might be a bit more concerned about patient's looks.
