@suzieq11 technically it is a prescription item however it depends where you buy it from. I recently ordered mine from Tampa specialty pharmacy which is recommended by the manufacturer. I did need an Rx. My insurance does not cover the Aerobika or the aeroclipse cups so I buy them out of pocket.

@suzieq11 there are a few companies that don’t require a prescription. I’ve bought mine online as well as on eBay. On eBay you have to type in airway device, PEP device or something similar.
