Anyone else get abdominal pain after eating? (3 years post surgery)

Hi. I'm 3 years post surgery now and doing pretty well.
Every evening however after eating my evening meal I get abdo pain for about 30 minutes. Does anyone else have this problem?
Also I am perpetually tired. Lacking energy, motivation etc. is this common?

I experience these stomach ache issues and fatigue especially, 5 years out now from my surgery after chemotherapy and radiation. But the stomach pain has been reduced considerably by using prescribed voquezna, and prucalopride, and purchasing Gaviscon Advance ordered from amazon (not plain gaviscon). The fatigue is persistent. I also find that drinking ginger lemon tea helps.
