Probably a stupid question, I had my fiducial markers inserted yesterday and am wondering whether they show up on TSA scans??

He entered home grinning and yelled jokingly : " I am precious now " !!! 😆🤣 LMAO
I laughed and was relieved that one more thing was scratched "off the list" - onward we goooo 👍 ; ) ...

It was all like you described : ) , and luckily doc waited for lidocaine to kick in so all 3 beads were painless.

Thanks again for giving us heads up and for your support <3 : )))

@surftohealth88 - Excellent...sounds like he got through it a lot easier than I did. And at today's gold spot price, he's worth about $32 more than he was yesterday morning. 🤣🤣🤣

The fiducial markers do show up in the scans. I had stereotactic radiation treatments, and the person administering the radiation treatment showed me the images and where the fiducial markers were located.

Other items already mentioned.
There was no pain when they implanted the fiducial markers.
We waited 7 days before the simulation, in order for the fiducial markers to stop moving.

Ask to see the image of your scan and ask to see your fidicual markers.

Thank you for the chuckle. Not to minimize your concern, but I have so many artificial parts in my body that TSA scans me, wands me, and pats me down every time. They've never commented specifically about the markers, and the scan is pretty effective. I don't think there's any need to worry.
