@seniormed Thanks for the courtesy of the response!
FYI, my BP is usually pretty stable, except some mornings it’s like 140/95 which I don’t like. Dr not sure why, however I’m on meds for it.
I was told bladder/Botox injections are my next step and I said no for a myriad of reasons. Dr said that’s last choice and I still said no. It my body and my choice.
Si now I’m getting MAYBE 3-4 hours of sleep every night, not enough.
Take care and thank you!

I'm sad to read about your horrible experience with the needles, @dennismm

If you can spare $25 I highly recommend you try an "analog" (not "digital") TENS box. As I reported here:
(https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/1610056/) we've had remarkable success in greatly reducing and sometimes eliminating the sleep interruptions you mention. The analog type gives you fine control over the level of tingling, and even at the maximum setting it's not nearly the experience you describe. Because it uses removable pads, you can also experiment with placement, including on the tibial rather than sacral nerves.

I sure hope you can find a solution that works for you.
