@kyleb5953 That feeling of junk in the lungs sure can be troublesome. Is this a new issue for you? When figuring out how to manage it, it is helpful to know what underlying issues you have like asthma, allergies, COPD, chronic sinusitis, etc. Each would indicate a different management strategy.
Have you seen a doctor about it?
Mullein can be helpful fot thinning mucus for some people, but doesn't necessarily reduce the quantity. And in some cases, people are actually allergic to it.
