Caregiver for my wife when I need treatment for my AML?

I will start my 4th cycle of decitabine with venclexta on 7/13, and my last marrow biopsy showed 0% blast cells present. My only side effects have been some joint and muscle pain, manageable with Tylenol.

No longer showing blasts on your last biopsy is really encouraging news that the treatment has worked! ☺️
Has there been any discussion for maintenance followup?
