@skipz Thanks for replying. Flomax was horrible for me. Besides retrograde ejaculation, the sensation was horrible. It felt like a mini orgasm. But I was told it would be different after HoLEP. Now I’m concerned.

Again I was on Flomax for over 20 years and except for the retro no other problems. So as you had a change with Flomax (and I did not), hopefully the HoLEP will restore. Good Luck
