I am on Breyna now- its okay but still I have shortness of breath doing physical activity . Advair was the best for physical activity as it allowed me to do hiking, biking and other extensive physical activity. Life is changing as I get older as I am now 70 and I was born with Asthma- the drugs today are so amazing compared to when I was a child. Still when you find a drug that works for you . you just want to stick with it if you have no issues but insurance companies are always looking for the cost cutting drugs available not the quality of life for their clients Thank you

@tully22026 - that is rough when your insurance no longer supports a medication that has really helped you. I've seen that personally over the years with my asthma and allergy medications, and it's frustrating trying to find something that works as well and that also makes sense financially.

I'm not a medical professional, but I have seen with my son who has exercise-induced asthma that using Albuterol before his swim team practice or meets, or before a hike, has helped him. Does this work for you for physical activity?
