@mayblin Hi, I use a topical cream that is compounded via a functional medicine group, the dose has changed based on my ongoing lab work so is unique to my needs. My CTX has improved over that last year going from a 468 to a 295. I am happy with my ongoing changes, and also feel strongly that every women's situation is unique so education and being your own advocate is the most important thing, especially for women 10 years out from menopause.

@mayblin I am on 0.05 Estrodial patch, 100 mg progesterone, and 1 g estdadiol vaginal cream. I have never done a CTX or P1np.
