@illini60 did red light help At all? I have sfn with plexin d1 antibodies and sjogrens. I am on ivig and ldn and plaqnuel but am thinking about buying clearlight red light for pain relief

@jmee82 I have SFN also and use it on my feet . It does feel good and helps with pain. I use mine morning noon and night for 30 minutes. I think blood flow is important too. I exercise my feet to help get blood pumping. It seems to help. Good Luck!
