@healthseeker77 with those great results for an extended length of time, you’d think the PRP injections would start being covered by insurance. Because PT is not inexpensive, but of course Medicare covers that immediately.
I’m 72 years old and I’ve had injections in five different places in my body and it’s amazing how the PRP is helped. I’ve been told for four years now that I need a shoulder replacement because it’s Bonnes on Bonnes but the first day that I had the PRP injection, it was amazing. I could actually lift my arm up into the air.
I use Clinic 5 C in Spokane Washington. They will be moving their facilities completely to Coeur d’Alene shortly. But look them up and follow the doctors. They also have Instagram pages that you can follow

Did you have a full thickness tear?
Which tendon?
