@sueinmn thank you for your reply. It first happened a couple of times last month. My consultant did a broncoscopy & said there was no sign of active bleeding. I’m to have a review in six weeks. It happened again this morning after run & a few times since. It seems to be clear blood with some clots & probably less than a teaspoon each time. I recently started taking the supplement N-Acetylcysteine 600mg daily.
