@lynnsusan I am moving up my injection time by 2 hours each day until I get to 8:00 am or so., gotta get my sleep!
Feel kinda achy too. 😭

@leslie2121 All the best with your plan. Many say it gets better after a few months. Hang in there! Think “ strong bones”. Walk if you can. I do 2 miles a day, which help significantly with physical strength and mood.
