Can you please share the name of the generic drug? Just 7-8 months ago I had my gastrointestinal doc prescribe Dificid for me to have on hand while I went on a cruise. I did not need to use it, but it cost me over $4,000.00 (with insurance and a GoodRX coupon) just to have the peace of mind of having that drug available “just in case”. I was told by a few pharmacies at that time that there was no generic available yet.
