@cindiwass - hopefully it was a good reminder to get your email notification from Mayo Clinic Connect. How are you doing lately? Are you still having any of the additional abdominal issues you'd mentioned previously?

I have a hiatal hernia but according to my Gastro Dr it's not big enough to have surgery for.i do have chronic acid reflux and bad case of Gerd. I have tried all medication out there for it,none helped me until the Dr tried me on one that finally helped a lot..my tricare ins wouldn't cover it but it's worth 90 a month just to have so much relief. It's a long name and may be newer, probably why insurance don't pay yet,I've been on it now for 10 months and thank God for it everyday. If anyone is interested in knowing what it is called just let me know..I call it my miracle stomach pill every morning i take it!
