I also do intermittent fasting! I haven't had a carb since the 90's but finally was able to lower my A1C from 6.2 to 5.4, previously diabetic. The intermittent fasting helped greatly but as far as stomach issues go cutting out vegetables that were hard for me to digest was big! I know this freaks people out but I'm under a doctors care and lipids are amazing! I only eat grass fed meats willd fish and no hormones or antibiotics in anything including eggs. People assume that Keto and this diet are full of processed meats but they are to be avoided.

I would like to know what the current status of the Linx device and procedure is. Apparently the device was recalled several years ago. Is it still under recall? If not, is it still being used to treat GERD as an option to fundoplication with which many patients seem to be unhappy? Does Mayo perform Linx now?
