Did you find out what the source of your pain in your feet came from? Mine
Is coming from lumbar stenosis. I have to get an MRI. There’s a blockage at
L4 L5. It can be kind of serious. I have numbness up to my calf on my left
leg and just the bottom of my foot on the right the fact that you have an
issue with your hands, it could be carpal tunnel. It could also be a nerve
issue if you have a bad neck. For foot pain use socks on my feet so I have
some pressure against the skin. You can use Voltaren, which is an aspirin
for your hands and fingers. You can use it on your feet. You have to be
very careful with that cause it can thin your blood so you have to follow
directions As it is aspirin based but a great pain reliever. You have to
leave it on about 30 minutes till it takes affect.you can try using Nervine
cream or spray for your hands or feet which has lidocaine in it as a pain
reliever. Let your neurologist know you’d like to know the source of your
issues. I am taking the gabapentin now at 300 mg. It’s really helping my
sleep and rest. I didn’t like it at first, but I’m getting used to it. I’m
very tired during the day, however. I’m hoping that that will wear off as
my body gets used to taking it. The doctor wants me to stay on it until the
MRI comes out for my neck and my back that is the end of July. He has
spoken about me going directly to the surgeon for my back.

Thank you for reply. Many MRIs past few years. Same here had microscopy l4 l5 few years ago . Spinal stenosis. S1 fracture on mri . So not much more except epidurals and try to keep moving. I feel so depressed because I just cant do the things I used to or travel to distant places. Fortunately I can drive .I haven’t used volteron, surprisingly but I will. And maybe try gabapentin againThanks for your suggestion.Hands are neuropathy and getting tingles in my left occipital area and behind left ear. However, brief and does not hurt.
