My stoma was the size of half a tomato plus prolapse for the time between getting it, having chemoradiation and chemo, and finding out the tumor was still slowly growing. When they went in to get the tumor, since i wasn’t going to want a reconnect, they shortened that section and now I have a 55-mm or so stoma almost flat to my skin. Love it. Also love my stock of big Heagi brand bags with 105-mm flanges that rarely leak! (knock wood, mine started to a couple of days ago.) look around and you might find something that fits and sticks better than the big brands.
