What has anyone done to help with peripheral neuropathy in hands and c

I have peripheral neuropathy because of my spinal stenosis. It has been the same for over a year. I am starting to feel more twinges in my arms and lower thigh. Has anyone experienced this?

Yes, I also have spinal stenosis that has been getting worse over the last several years. Mine effects my right hand and my left leg. The neuropathy and electric jolts that I get pulsate at times. The muscle relaxers and pregabalin they gave gave me do nothing to help.

Are your fingers starting to be numb? I have been doing physical therapy which they say can help and have also started on ozone therapy which I don’t know whether will help or not. They told me I need surgery now, but I’m very reluctant.
