@hellopam I have grouchy days too. I usually find some way to get over it . I took some of that 10 mg a day . I took it for thirteen days . Then cut the pills in half and took the halves for 24 days . Then later I was trying to get it to help me. I took 10 mg for 4 days. The headaches were so bad I stopped. Prednisone . There.
