What sleep meds help you stay asleep?

@lynnann50 May I ask you one more question? Do u take it every nite, or just when u want to get a full nite’s sleep? I usually take something on the nites i have something to do the following morning, & want to ensure I‘m rested. I really appreciate your input!

I have been taking 100mg nightly.
As I might have mentioned, my deep sleep has gone from 15 minutes to 1.5-2 hours!. I wake up feeling more rested than I have in years.
