I have been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy, though the main symptom is twitching feet and tingling in my toes. After trying Gabapentin with no relieve, my neurologist suggested we treat for Restless Leg Syndrome. I now take .75 mg of Pramipexole Dihydrochloride about 2 hours before bed and the tingling/twitching doesn't occur.
