@petitefitsmartfemale it has nine MG iron as him from polypeptide, 30 MG vitamin C and 1200 MCG folic acid. I do not take it every day when my lips and nail beds look pink and I have good energy and start to feel too awake when I go to bed, I stopped taking it for a while as the iron stores are probably sufficiently filled. I wait till the nerves in my legs and feet start to tingle again.
