I had a consultation with him a year and a half ago and he is not a "pusher" of the supplements he sells.

However, it was suggested that I take collagen and he mentioned he does have a collagen product. I bought it and have been taking one scoop (5g) everyday per the directions. It is Type 1 collagen for the bones.

He also talked to me about the Vitamin K supplementation that I was on and then mentioned one of his products that has the amounts he was suggesting and frequency. So when I finished what I had, I purchased OsteoStim (3 capsules, with each meal) which I have also been taking for the last year and a half.

He did not mention taking any of his other supplements.

There are so many other factors involved in my bone journey I can't tell you if either of those products had an impact or not or if it was a combination of factors.

Hi, I am running low on supplements and struggling with whether to continue what I have been doing or switch it up again. I had been taking fortibone daily, osteostim 2x/day, but thinking I should go to 3 per day as recommended. I was concerned with the amount of Biotin so cut back a little. I was also taking Thorne advanced bone support, but am now a bit concerned over the amount of B6 it contains. I feel like I am at square one again. Just wondering if you are still sticking with osteostim and fortibone. Anything else a must have for you? It seems I am forever questioning and researching what to take. It
Shouldn’t be this difficult. So just reaching out to get your and others thoughts. Thanks
