@lizzyhope Great question, and am so glad to hear you are feeling OK having started Crestor. A win!

Rosuvastatin should be starting to work since you have been taking it about a week. It takes about four weeks to get up to full strength in your body so that may be a good time to measure and see how it is helping before increasing your dose. I am a fan of having as much information as I can when I have to make decisions, so if it were me I’d treat it like my own personal trial. This will provide your new cardiologist with good information as well.

When are you able to get in to your new cardiolgist?

@jlharsh thank you so much for getting back to me and for your wisdom! I have an appt with the new cardiologist on July 27
