11 year old daughter constant vomiting for 6 months. Any advice?

Please help. My daughter is 11. Had 1 period at age 9 for 3 days. Nothing since. Had a body image for about 1 week last year. Shes been diagnosed with adhd, anxiety, dyslexia across the board. It started in January. She started having pain in the pit of her stomach amd spre throatand feeling like her thrpat was swelling shut. Then throwing up every time she eats. First they thought stomach bug. Then strep then did antibiotics while waiting on a throat culture because the strep tests kept coming back negative. It never got better went back to doctor and was placed on reflux medication. No improvement. Went back because it wasnt improving and she started staying tired all the time as well and sharp pains felt like going to heart. Done blood work and ekg all normal. Told to go to psychiatrist that it was probably worsening anxiety and trouble eating from having body image ossues the year prior. Referred to ot eating and therapy. Still doing psychiatry, ot feeding, and therapy and also raosed anxiety and depression meds. and no improvement. Barely got into van from school and got out of car falling to the ground screaming in pain and throwing up and choking on it.went to er given nausea meds and labs all normal sent home after she cried and beoke down because its been months like this and crying begging for them to help her and asking why doctors wont care. She evan said what is she bangs her head on the glass door and goes to a psych room will they care to help her then. Still in pain and worsening with a little bit of blood in throw up. Went to peds er and given gi cocktail and nausea meds all labs normal. Referred to gi and sent back to doc. Doc said get into gi asap and try different reflux med because she lost 4lbs in 1 month and sent off for celiac and tick bite alpha gal in case. Back to psychiatrist and put on cyproheptadine at night to make hwr feel like eating because she had no appetite. Labs came back normal. Placed on reglan to check for delayed emptying while we wait. No improvement. Now we have the feeling of having to eat so fast and constantly. If we try to get her to pace she starts shaking and says she has to eat and eat and eat til she gets sick and tired and falling asleep constantly now. Placed on nutrition shakes cant keep down either. Got into gi and done more labs, gi upper xray, and scope. Took off reglan and put back on pepcid liquid started on levsin for cramping and still nausea med. All have come back normal with just a mild gastritis. Told no need for gi. Check up as needed. Ot is now worried she has got a binge eating disorder. Gonna talk to Psychiatrist and therapist about it and see if they are trained with eating disorders. Had a hard stool so bad was bleeding. Placed on miralax and senna. Psychiatrist said could be from cyproheptadine and didnt take it serious. Stopping the cyproheptadine med recheck in 4 weeks. Now the biopsys from scope are back told to stop senna. Do famotidine as needed, continue levsin and zofran as needed, go to psychiatrist and continue treatment. Shes so depressed with all this and even being sent home from school from it. The er even wrote a note for the nurse to not send her home unless a fever. A teacher wouldn't even let her leave the room and accused her of faking to skip class so doctor notes were wrote for that. Shes even had some thoughts of self hard, but never acted on it, and 1 black out, and panic attacks. Then she doesn't remember afterwards a black out or why she had a panic attack. PLEASE HELP......im so worried and im a mom and I cant fix the hell my kid is going through. PLEASE!!

@mamabear06 I’m not certain who’s treating your daughter but you should consider a children’s teaching hospital, which all children’s hospitals are teaching centers.

We go to a children's hospital. The gi doctor has told us a different medicine to talk abput trying where the food doesn't look digested when it comes up.

If the food doesn't look digested when it comes back up, this is a strong sign that your talking about a case of Rumination syndrome. it may be worth looking into it. It can come with or without reflux. If reflux is primary, might be worth considering anti reflux surgery. Whatever the case is its probably worth pursuing a barium follow through, Manometery and Impediance studies, as well as Gastroscopy. Also its highly advisable to train her the diaphragmatic breathing exercises. Hope all goes well!
