I do appreciate your comments because it is true, most vitamins from the B group are good for neuropathy. I am having and injection of B12 every two weeks, vitamin B1, and I have vitamin B6 which is also good, but can also be bad for neuropathy. Today I ordered a blood work to see how it is.
I was told by the neurologist, after the EMG test, that the myelin in my tibial and peronial nerves were damaged beyond repair.
I am feeling much better with the treatment I am following.

@amota try adding HEME iron. I to do the B12 and all the rest and adding the HEME iron did the trick for me. My nerves are damaged beyond repair and I don’t know why the doctors don’t suggest the iron because the research is there. You just have to be aware that your ferritin levels top off with the heme iron so you can’t take too much or it’s toxic but every time my ankles and feet start acting up. I take the HEME iron.
