Has anyone had a ligament injury to the spinal cord during an ACDF ?

I had an iatrogenic injury to my spinal cord during an ACDF when a ligament cut off signal. I would like to find out if anyone has had a similar injury and what was the outcome in terms of bodily injury. In my case, everything below the injury has affected my body ie arms, hands, legs.
