I have a ICD/Pacemaker since 2006. My pacemaker pulses my heart to 70 bpm. I would have a low pulse rate without it.
I remember recently at Pace Clinic shut off the pacing and my heart rate went down to low 50s. So I still have the low pulse rate. But it is caused by medications.
