I don't understand how you can eat one meal a day I had an esophagectomy seven years ago and I eat four small meals a day at 5:30 830 1 o'clock and 430. I go to sleep at nine. I drink about 10 to 12 glasses of water a day. There's no way I could get in enough food in one meal we were told to eat small meals I'm mostly vegan eating unprocessed food like banana kiwi hemp oatmeal sourdough bread a little bit of extra-virgin olive oil. I was eating 2 ounces of bok choy and 2 ounces of fennel and 3 1/2 ounces of EINKORN and 2 ounces of kale made into a purée but now I substituted the 2 ounces of kale for kale powder and I started out with 2 teaspoons and if it digest well, I'll go up to 4 teaspoons.I also eat nut butter connections
made from pumpkin seeds, pecans and walnuts and hemp hearts. I do eat some hemp powder. Also I'm 5 foot three having had two fractures in my back because I have really bad osteoporosis and I weigh about 110 it's very hard to keep my weight up. I try to walk two or three hours a day not fast and I do 40 minutes of exercise every morning and I'm just starting PT having hurt my back muscles and I'm gonna start tai chi soon. Just 15 minutes. I can't eat anything like salad and I'm on a low FOD map diet because I have IBS and I'm prediabetic and have hypoglycemia I'm 81 and there's a lot going on. I'm very lucky to be alive. I have to go through a CAT scan with Contrast next week for cancer surveillance. I'm very nervous. I hate the test because I don't like drinking the iodine water solution before.
