Thanks for your reply. No, not sore to the touch even when it's at its worst. I've tried heat and cold. Even a Tens unit. No help. Oral pain relievers no help.

@bjtobs You are so welcome. Just curious....have they tried a steroid taper to see if they will
help break this cycle of whatever is wrong?
