Thanks for your reply. No, I have not but I am going to go to a chiropractor soon and they have an acupuncture program there. Thinking my problems might be skeletal. I'm going to try anything I can. Thanks again.

@bjtobs If your problem's skeletal, osteopathy could probably help. Osteopaths are trained as M.D.'s but have additional gentle manual therapy training.
