@heavyphil Hi Phil. Why do you say Bob needs "SRT soon otherwise you risk the chance for metastasis free survival" and "You may need ADT as well"?

@doyourresearch His PSA post prostatectomy after 5 yrs is .26 and rising every six months to now .3…
Treatment for BCR should be initiated at .2 ideally, and favorable outcomes begin to decrease at about .5 - .7 and upward
Current thinking holds that anything lower than .7 ‘may’ not need ADT, but PSMA PET and other factors could change that.
Unless I am reading his statement incorrectly? It was a bit jumbled in terms of timeline snd decimal points…Sorry @bobbyjay, but maybe a little more clarity on what your PSA is NOW, after your surgery years ago? Thanks,
