@babs10 I just started 0.025mg Estradiol patch (apply once a week). Ill be 79 soon, so age was not an issue with endo. By the end of the week my breasts were uncomfortable, sore, heavy. I have been on the patch for 2 weeks now. I plan to cut the patch in 1/2 due to the discomfort in my breasts...

@zygote It's so interesting how we are all different. I'm on the 0.025mg patch twice a week and haven't noticed any physical changes. I do think I'm sleeping better, but that could be psychosomatic. Time will tell as it always does.

Can I suggest that you talk to you provider before you cut your patches in half. When I started back on the patch I had breast tenderness for 4-5 days until it subsided. Do you also take progesterone and testosterone?
