Is anyone familiar with Bi-Est 50/50 cream? At 76, I am dealing with crying for no reason, jitteriness, anxiety, uneasy tummy, etc. I found a local compounding pharmacy and the hormone doctor there ordered a 4-part Saliva test. My results showed low estrogen, low progesterone, and cortisol that plummeted/spiked/plummeted during the day. She put me on Bi-Est 50/50 cream which contains estradiol, estriol and progesterone (I have a uterus), all bioidentical I believe. She also has me on AdreneVive for the cortisol issue and DHEA. I was told it takes 2-4 weeks for the cream to start to work. I am 1 week in. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you!
