I had my pet last month. Nothing lit up. But the nodule in the margin of my wedge resection is solid. I met with the onterventional pulmonologist yesterday and agreed to go ahead with Aliya. They will biopsy first and then if malignant, use pulse electrical field ablation. They can also do a complete molecular analysis. If not malignant then it's just a standard bronchoscopy. This seems the best for me to preserve lung function and to allay my fears of recurrance.
