At this point, ALTA3263 is still in Phase 1 testing, so there is very limited human side-effect data publicly available. The trial's primary purpose is to determine safety, tolerability, and dosing.
Based on experience with other KRAS inhibitors, oncologists will likely be watching closely for:
Diarrhea
Nausea
Fatigue
Rash or skin changes
Elevated liver enzymes
Decreased appetite
Blood count abnormalities
