@alley1 Due to the 7 day half-life you have a body dose of .47 now. Another .25 jab will bring that to about .49; if you increase it to .50 the body dose will be about .74. If uneasy probably should continue at .25 (is it still a .25 /.5 combo pen?). Escalation is hard on the body. It is a minimum of 4 doses at .25. Never heard of a doctor that set a maximum.

@jim18 Yes, it's still a .25/.5 combo pen. I'm concerned that if I don't increase to .50 for my last two doses, I won't lose weight. I had read you had to make this increase for weight loss.
