No, lack of energy is never "normal" unless you have run a race or been overworking or depressed.

Three primary things when lack of energy strikes: anemia (causes lack of oxygen delivery and nutrients to the cells), heart issues, or respiratory (oxygen) issues. Other secondary causes are sleep issues, mental health issues. Tertiary are: social issues; something with a body system: kidney's, endocrine, GI; or cancer.

@slarson14 Well, I know there are heart issues for sure. But I think I am going to see if she will send me for blood work on the possible anemia issue. Guessing because insurance has a say, it will have to be done after the other tests. Thank you for your response.
