Hi Ron,

I don't take Kevzara, but I do inject Avonex IM weekly for MS. I've read the Kevzara instructions and, like Avonex, it can be stored at room temperature for 14 days. So I would say, yes, you can take it out of the refrigerator the night before. I take Avonex on Friday nights and often leave it out for 6-8 hours before injecting.

As far as the injection site, unless you've heard that there should be a lump I would not be concerned. Of course, you can contact your doctor or PA if you are worried. The medication is obviously going in and likely diffusing into the tissue. Again, call or write your doctor's office or even contact Sanofi. They will probably be able to respond to any concerns about proper injection. Sanofi's number from their website: 1-844-KEVZARA. Good luck.

@sjw519 Sanofi is pretty worthless, I've called them, and they no nothing other than what's on the pamphlet that you download. And that's talking with thier so called expert....
But thank you for your reply, very much appreciated!
