I have some of your same symptoms, face and head pain (burn, ache), some spinning episodes and 24/7 off balance, floaty, internal swaying, disorientation in busy spaces, lightheadedness, head pressure and squeezing for 2 1/2 years and no answers. All imaging shows nothing. Hoping for answers for you!

@beachlife67 Epley maneuver helped me. I'd lie on the edge of my bed and do them. Here are several videos for reference. Has anyone mentioned antibiotics for an inner ear infection?
