@gillsden, I found this site comparing the 2 drugs Armour Thyroid (desiccated thyroid) and Cytomel (liothyronine) to treat thyroid issues:

@colleenyoung I started Armour a couple of weeks ago. I do not feel as tired. Hoping it makes a difference in weight soon. I understand it takes a while. I am hopeful. Definitely better than levothyroxine. Thank you for checking in
