@gravity3 Hi and oh I am definitely doing that - so much so over these past 3 weeks, I am a bit overwhelmed with the immense amount of sales around most of it - so who to trust, etc.? is my main question?

I am undertaking quite a bit of research and learning more and more, and to that end, this entire group under osteroporosis has been amazing - from what i am reading about OS, I think I will take a step back on that particular option and keep it on the back burner for now, and instead looking more into "other" resistance/strength training options for now....but yes, my fingers are typing away - lol
