I am also curious as to personal outcomes on OS, and there are just soooo many options "out there" and do not have the extra monies to just keep testing things out over and over, all of the while wasting my density away year by year....thank you everyone for your insight on this post.....

@mel001 Agree! I will add that increasing my exercise and upping the intensity and frequency of walks, strength training (done at home gym with exercises a PT gave me) this past year, I had a 10% gain in my spine!!! It's at -2.5 from -2.9 previously. So just inside osteoporosis.

I'm going to give Tymlos a try since you can start small on the dose to see if I can tolerate it. And keep up the exercising because together should be more effective. Good luck to you! I am 67 and active hiker and have young grandkids I like to chase after!
