@nancyjo1490 I sit on a heating pad. I even have a heating pad when I drive. I also have to cushioned pad with the heating pad in alll the chairs I sit in. It has helped me tremendously. I only take every morning 100 mg Celebrex and 100 mg of neurontin. I also take at lunch fish oil, osteo biflex, sea buckthorn oil and liposomal tumeric. I have the arthritis in my lumbar with nerve impingement and I have the ischial bursitis also.
