@jan70mess WHOA! I am taking both famotidine and pantoprazole , recently my MD increased my pantoprazole from 20mg to 40/mg per day. I suffered a heart attack and I had 75% blockage in my LAD and they put in a stent. I had no risk factors, and no family history. I am 75 years old (as of yesterday) and I am petite, (5' 2') and weigh 104 lbs.
Here's the fun part, I was discharged late on Thursday and early Friday, before the offices were even open, my rheumatologist called to say that my appointment for my Evenity injection on Monday was cancelled and that I would received no more! And that I should make an appointment to see the rheumatologist Tuesday!
I called and spoke to one of the nurses and she told me that it was dangerous to take Evenity if you had anya instances of heart attack, stroke, etc. etc.
Needless to say I was shocked, and I gentle pushed the subject as to what was the actual connection and she hedged quite a bit... so, I need to know what's going on and I don't think I am going to get a straight answer... (feeling like a guinea pig..)

@bobcinem - you might check out one of the many discussions on Mayo Clinic Connect on romosozumab-aqqg (Evenity), especially in the Osteoporosis & Bone Health support group https://connect.mayoclinic.org/group/osteoporosis/.

This discussion in particular may have other members who'd have some input on your experience with the rheumatologist related to this medication:
