I know you have shared details in the discussion group I mentioned above. I want to check in here and see how you are doing.
I did do a google search and found out Los Angeles is about a 5 1/2 hour drive from the Arizona Mayo Clinic location. Flying would be an option as well.

Update, I just now saw a listing on todays email of the group I referred to below. First time . I didn't notice it earlier ... it's listed under Aging Well support group.

I am waiting for my PCP to get me into a program at UCLA ; she does not seem to be rushing with this as I would like. I had thought about contacting Mayo Clinic for info.
I am puzzled about something . Why are some or most of the dementia groups accessed under the Dementia Hub or I have to search? My experience of groups I was following and updates were listed in the main Mayo Clinic page daily email I receive . With the dementia group the only one listed regularly is the on referring to the care giver group.
To find these other ones e.g. "Support group for those of us with mild dementia", I have to do a search. Also, I can't find it listed so I can do a "follow". What am I missing?
