I am not a medically trained person and can give you my thoughts based on my own experience.

Mostly, I think you bring up an excellent question for your cardiologist. The fact that the report specifically mentions breast attenuation does seem relevant, but I’d be hesitant to draw conclusions from the report alone. I think whether you are having symptoms (chest pain, shortness of breath, etc.) or whether this was routine testing would heavily influence how your doctor will view the results.

What is the reason you had stress perfusion imaging? Are you have symptoms?
