@bajjerfan Not a dumb question if one has not had occasion to study anatomy. The hip joint is the point at which the femoral head inserts into the acetabulum (a socket in the pelvic bone.) So technically, the pelvic is part of the hip.

I ask because the synopsis from a recent visit doesn't seem to single out the pelvic area, but more like it's hip problem. I do have some bursitis in my right hip, but not sure if it's part of the big picture.
